Difficulties

What is the most difficult concept to teach for your topic? How are you finding tutorials and thinking about design to teach others this concept?


Personally, I think the hardest concept of our game is trying to get kids to actually learn instead of just playing with the car. I hope kids learn from our game and like to play our game.

My Thanksgiving Break

What did you do during the Thanksgiving break? Did you make any time to work on ideas for your game or updating your team wiki page?


During Thanksgiving break I went to Charleston, WV to just relax and get out of town for a little while. The rest of the week i just sat around and waited for school to start back up again. Thanksgiving day was extremely hectic I had to go to three different houses for dinner. During the week the last thing I wanted to do was anything involving school, so no I did not make time to work on ideas or update the team wiki page. I usually do think of how as the designer I can make the game more fun and enjoyable.

Consumer gone Producer

I'm a pretty big gamer so, I wanted to take this class ever since I first heard about it. I have way more respect than I had before for the people that make real video games, I cannot even begin to imagine how tough that is. Since I have taken this class I have been more interested in pursuing game design after college, of course I'm more involved in design and such but I would still like to do that for a famous gaming company. If I pursue Game Design for a job when I get out of college then I hope I end up like the CEO of Playstation, Kevin Butler.
